Customer service was on point I placed my order for delivery and was able to change it to instore pick-up. I purchased 3 bundles of 24 inch wavy and an additional bundle 24 inch blonde. After the 2 days of my hair being installed my hair bundles began to feel extremely rough. After two weeks, I washed my hair and let it air dry and my natural waves had turned straight. The hair is suppose to have the wave pattern back to original form now I am forced to form these waves myself because my bundles are straight and NOT wavy. Which is not flattering! Hair quality very poor. Will NOT be purchasing hair again from this place again. Very disappointing!
I love how the hair feels even after a couple of weeks . It still has a bouncy wave and when I get it redone it looks great all over again. 🙂
Purchased back in August, hair came within a week. Got the install exactly 6 weeks ago, washed twice and have had virtually NO SHEDDING. Can go ~2 weeks without a wash, doesn’t get too greasy. Holds curls and has such a healthy luster. Also, only needed to install 2 of the 3 bundles. Will 10000% be reusing this hair lol.
This hair and the experience in buying it was quality. Shanda was very nice. The bundles were packaged nicely, it didn’t have a smell, and it was very smooth to the touch. Nice hair. Will definitely purchase again in the future and highly recommend.
I’m loving my 3 bundles and 4x4 closure.
Soft, no shedding just great quality hair.
