Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason please send us an email at support@shopmarbleluxebeauty.com.
Our Return / Exchange policy is Final Sale. Exchanges is only permitted if it's our fault (such as lengths error). However, we can’t offer you an exchange or difference in price.
ORDER PROCESSING:
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
